These General Booking Conditions (hereinafter General Conditions) will regulate the commercial relationship that
arises between HOTEL OLIVO CORT SL and the user or client for the contracting made through the forms that HOTEL
OLIVO CORT SL makes available on its https://hotelcort.com.
Booking through the HOTEL OLIVO CORT SL websites implies the express acceptance by the client or user of the pages
of these conditions, as well as the conditions of use established for the navigation of the user through the pages
owned by HOTEL OLIVO CORT SL. These conditions shall be applicable without prejudice to the application of the legal
regulations on the matter that are applicable in each case.
The General Contracting Conditions regulate the distance booking relationship between HOTEL OLIVO CORT SL and the
user or client, in accordance with the legal stipulations, in particular, Law 7/1998, of 13 April, on General
Contracting Conditions, Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defence
of Consumers and Users, Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital
rights, General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail
Trade, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
HOTEL OLIVO CORT SL reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, in the
General Conditions. Said modifications may be made, through its websites, by any means admissible by law and shall
be binding during the time they are published on the website and until they are validly modified by subsequent
modifications. Nevertheless, HOTEL OLIVO CORT SL reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Specific Contracting
Conditions in preference to these General Conditions when it deems appropriate, announcing them in due time and
form. Users will be subject to the Conditions in force at the time of contracting.
You may register as a user of the website to make the online booking in the corresponding section of the website. In
accordance with the applicable and current legislation on data protection, HOTEL OLIVO CORT SL informs users that
the personal data collected during the registration process and subsequent booking, will be incorporated into the
processing system owned by HOTEL OLIVO CORT SL, in order to process such actions by the user and manage subsequent
actions arising from them.
In accordance with the rights conferred by current data protection legislation, you may exercise your rights of
access, rectification, limitation of processing, deletion, portability and opposition to the processing of your

section for the formalisation of the booking.
Likewise, HOTEL OLIVO CORT SL informs that the user can access the conditions of use available on the
website.
By booking with HOTEL OLIVO CORT SL through its website, the user or client expressly declares to know, understand
and accept these conditions of use and the General Conditions. Likewise, the user declares to be of legal age, or
emancipated minor, and to have the legal capacity to access the websites of HOTEL OLIVO CORT SL and contracting
through them. The user is responsible for treating confidentially and responsibly the identity and password obtained
when registering as a client, and may not pass them on to anyone else. Once the booking has been made, the user will
see the booking confirmation on the screen, which can be printed as proof of the booking made.
The booking confirmation and the booking receipt (printout made by the user) will not be valid as an
invoice.
HOW THE BOOKING WORKS
Booking offer and price reference
In compliance with current legislation and, in particular, with Law 34/2002 on information society services and
electronic commerce, HOTEL OLIVO CORT SL offers in the corresponding section for the formalisation of the
reservation information on all possible reservations, their characteristics and prices. However, HOTEL OLIVO CORT SL
reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the offers offered to its customers through its website, by simply
changing the content of the same. In this way, the products and/or services offered at any given time by the HOTEL
OLIVO CORT SL website will be governed by the General Conditions in force at any given time. Likewise, HOTEL OLIVO
CORT SL will have the right to stop offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to the aforementioned
products and/or services.
Indication of prices
Each possible reservation offered will indicate its price in euros and whether VAT or any other applicable tax is
included. The prices indicated on the screen will be those in force at any given time.
Availability
The availability of the offers provided by HOTEL OLIVO CORT SL through its website may vary depending on customer
demand. Although HOTEL OLIVO CORT SL updates the database periodically, the reservation requested by the client may
be full at that time. In this case, HOTEL OLIVO CORT SL will send an e-mail to the client informing him/her of the
impossibility of the availability of the offer.
Methods of payment
HOTEL OLIVO CORT SL offers the following payment methods:
Full payment at the time of booking.
HOTEL OLIVO CORT SL requests the details of a credit card, holder of the reservation, in order to formalise the
reservation, making the full payment of the total invoice.
Full payment after booking
HOTEL OLIVO CORT SL requests the details of a credit card, the holder of the reservation, in order to guarantee the
effectiveness of the reservation. We remind you that the establishment does not charge your credit card when making
this reservation. The card is only used as a guarantee. The establishment reserves the right to check the validity
of the credit card before the arrival of the client.
The invoice corresponding to the reservation will be settled upon confirmation in the case of a non-refundable rate
or at the hotel in the case of a flexible rate.
Partial payment at the time of booking
HOTEL OLIVO CORT SL requests the details of a credit card, holder of the reservation, to formalise the reservation,
charging an amount of 100% in the case of a non-refundable rate (without tourist tax); no charge is made for
flexible rates of the total invoice. The rest of the amount of the reservation will be paid on arrival at the hotel.
Cancellation of the reservation
HOTEL OLIVO CORT SL has the following cancellation policy:
The client can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before check-in (7 days from June - September). Outside the free
cancellation period 50% of the total amount will be charged. In case of no-show, 100% of the total amount will be
charged. In Non-Refundable Rate 100% prepayment without cancellation option.
Reservations and/or deposits are non-refundable.
If the client does not show up for the reservation without prior notice, the full amount of the reservation will be
charged.
Cancellation
According to the provisions of Article 103 of Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General
Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the supply of services or goods made according to consumer
specifications or clearly personalised, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire
quickly, are exempt from cancellation.

official complaint forms available to consumers and users.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
HOTEL OLIVO CORT SL also reserves the right to bring any civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the
improper use of its website and content or for breach of these conditions.
The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in
Spanish territory. Should any dispute arise, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or go to ordinary
jurisdiction in compliance with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
